Chateau Mouton-Rothschild – Pauillac – 2009 – 1er Grand Cru de Bordeaux
Die Natur war 2009 besonders gütig und bot Bedingungen, die den Vegetationszyklus begünstigten und den Trauben halfen, ihre volle Reife zu erreichen.
Die Ernte begann beim Merlot am 23. September und endete beim Cabernet Sauvignon am 6. Oktober. Die Trauben waren äußerst gesund, enthielten viel Zucker, Farbe und Frucht und zeigten ein außergewöhnliches Potenzial. 2009 wird zweifellos als Jahrgang der Besten in die Geschichte eingehen.
